'Yes' lives in the land of NO

If you are a professional sales person then you know that you are in the rejection business. The fact is that when prospecting, generally speaking more people will say NO to you rather than yes. As our experience grows and our skills develop, we can have an impact on the ratio, but the key factor is that to thrive we NEED those rejections.





I heard the phrase above ('yes lives in the land of no') at a conference a few years ago and it has stayed with me ever since. I hope it makes as much sense and is as much help to you as it was to me.
