Cloud Based Contact Centre Platform
Strike Force Sales utilizes innovative Cloud-based contact centre software, called ContactSpace, which is specifically designed for the SME space. The platform provides advanced and adaptable campaign management as well as real-time and historical reporting mechanisms. As the software is cloud based we are able to make direct changes in real time enabling greater agility and responsiveness. In essence the launch of a new campaign can be orchestrated within days and one of the greatest benefits of using a cloud based calling platform is the reduction in time to bring a new product or service to market.
The software platform allows for easy CRM Integration with both SugarCRM and Salesforce which allows us to deliver a customer record which can be updated in real-time with no need for excel or csv exports and imports.
As our solution is based in the cloud, it also provides full disaster recovery, and remote access, for both agents and executive staff members. If for any reason the SFS office is not accessible the operators can still log into the same system with the same functionality but from a different location, this can prevent loss of valuable calling time in such instances.
Our offices are decked out with graphical wallboards, providing everyone from the Management team to the operators with real-time visibility on the number of dials, decision maker contacts and the call outcomes.
