A Professional Culture

Strike Force Sales is always on the look out for great new team members.

We offer a professional work environment, with an intensive sales training program written and presented by Ciaran McGuigan, one of Australia's leading sales trainers and authors.

There is an important distinction here... when you are a member of the Strike Force Sales team, you are employed as a sales person, not a tele-marketer. Ours is a culture is built around professional development.

Proof of this is visible in our staff turn over - it is very low, with many team members having been with us for between 12 months and two years (and remember, we are only two years old!)

It's All About Attitude

But enough of us... let's talk about you.

You need to bring to the table a lot of attitude - the right kind of attitude. You need to be committed to professional development. This means a determination to succeed, a determination to become the best member of our team, and a determination to tackle and master the sales skills that we will teach you.

You also need to have excellent writing / spelling skills. A major part of every day at Strike Force Sales is maintaining accurate and informative notes on your conversations with prospects.

Want to step up!

So, if you want to step up to the plate and build your career as a professional sales person, then Strike Force Sales could well be the perfect environment.
