Strike Force Sales is a company committed to excellence in professional prospecting.

Often, the toughest job… picking up the phone and making the first call… is left to the most junior member of a team. Or, it is a job done by contractors or casuals on an ad-hoc basis.

But, it is a critically important job… as prospecting is what fills your pipeline… it is what gives your sales people the leads that they require to work with.

Our teams are seasoned, highly-trained professionals. We don't use scripts. Instead we work to qualify prospects and to sort them according to pre-agreed qualifiers.

We use our experience… and we know how to qualify to sort the wheat from the chaff.

But, almost unbelievably, we have found that 58% of all Australian companies take 7 or more days (if  ever) to respond to prospects who fill out web forms or respond to generic email addresses published on their web sites. We have found that only 23% respond within a day.

Our History
Strike Force Sales was established in early 2006. Our first client was Prestige Postcards (still with us) and our first team member was Ashwini Singh (also still with us).

Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD, Strike Force Sales started winning business and then delivering results. By the end of 2006 the team was about 10 strong.

The next year saw Strike Force Sales break through with $1 million in revenue and a client list that included a number of blue chip organisations as well as some dynamic smaller businesses.

As Strike Force Sales enters its third year it has been named one of five finalists as Contact Centre of the Year (less than 50 seats) in the hugely competitive Asia Pacific Region (including India, Malaysia and Phillipines). Also, one of our agents was been named a finalist as Best Contact Centre Agent.

Today, Strike Force Sales is a team of around 40 professionals working in two shifts. Our clients include the who’s who of the finance, IT&T, logistics and recruitment sectors, as well as many small to medium sized businesses who understand the impact a professional sales team could have on their growth.

On Ramp to Success!
Strike Force Sales has also taken equity in one of its first clients, Prestige Postcards (Intl.) Pty Ltd. Working closely with PPI we have lifted their revenues 6-fold in 18 months as well as working with them to build a robust corporate structure. From time to time Strike Force Sales might be interested in providing a similar service for other small businesses.
