If you want detailed pricing you need to organise to see us or talk to one of our sales agents.

However, it is priced against a model similar to a broadband internet plan based on volume.

You pay:

1) Set-up fee

2) A monthly retainer

3) An excess usage fee

The higher the monthly retainer, the lower the setup fee and the lower the excess usage fee.

The Set Up Fee 

Set up includes an extensive briefing process where we must document two quite seperate requirements.

a) Business Rules - what do we do with the online leads and emails when they come in, what should the reporting look like, and where should we send them once we have achieved the required outcome.

b) Sales Pitch - we are going to be getting on the phone and calling your prospective customers... so we need to understand something about your business, your products and your services. Also, we need to discuss the qualification process. We need to sort out the wheat from the chaff. The whole purpose of our service is that we remove the rubbish from your in-bound sales pipeline, meaning your sales people can focus only on the good stuff.

The Retainer

The driver is the expected number of online leads and emails. Entry level is 100 emails a month... this works out to about 5 per business day. We find that many companies with a Google Adwords campaign can expect to recieve this level of in-bound interest.

There are plans that stretch right up to 2000+ emails a month - which is about 100 emails per business day.

If you exceed the retainer then we charge you a rate on a per email basis - the rate is slightly below the base rate encapsulated in your retainer.

Excess Usage Fee

If you sign for 100 emails a month, and then a story about you appears on the front page of The Financial Review, you might find you need some extra work done. Our solution is completely scaleable, so we can handle the peaks to ensure your prospects experience a consistent high-quality and responsive experience.
