2) We look at the email, determine if it is spam, and, if it is genuine, proceed with the process.

3) We ring your prospect within 15 minutes.

4) If they do not answer the phone - or we can not speak with them - we will put them to one side and try again later on. We will try each contact up to three times.

5) If there is no phone number, or an incorrect number, we email the prospect, thank them for their enquiry and ask them for their phone number so we can talk to them.

6) We have a conversation with them... and ask them your pre-defined qualification questions.

7) We qualify the call outcome.

8) We record the answers into an SQL / ODBC compliant database - meaning we can build any report you desire and export the outcomes into any internal CRM systems you may already have in place.

9) We forward the contact into your business - following your business rules.
