Image Ciaran McGuigan is a published author, a professional speaker and noted executive trainer in sales, presentation and communications skills.

He has helped some of Australia's largest and most successful companies, National Australia Bank, Clayton Utz, Origin Energy, St George Bank, News Limited and Fairfax.
Ciaran has designed and implemented customised sales prospecting and qualification systems for many of these very successful companies.

Ciaran is also an accomplished sales manager.

Strike Force Sales is Ciaran's concept. It is based on experience and observation.

Prospecting - picking up the phone and making that cold call - is one of the toughest yet most important roles in any sales team; and yet it is often done in either an unstructured way, or by junior or temporary staff.

Strike Force Sales professional prospecting teams have been built and trained by Ciaran.
He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Technology in Sydney.

Image Chris Moriarty harnesses creativity, profitably.

Initially a journalist, Chris' quickly rose to become Editor In Chief at Australian Consolidated Press where he oversaw a line of business-to-business publications. An online pioneer, his understanding of writers' and artists' work styles saw him develop online/offline publishing models that achieved the still-rare feat of constructing production teams capable of (and happy to) work on simultaneous print and online publications.

Those successes saw him catch the eye of News Ltd, which in 1997 recruited Chris to its new interactive division as a Director. In this role Chris developed processes that led to the creation Australia's first online real estate advertising websites.

A later role saw him serve as General Manger of a boutique marketing agency where he developed complex strategies that directed targeted marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing, rather than creating random activity that was hoped might build a brand.

Managing diverse teams of writers, artists and marketers, he delivered profitable campaigns for clients including National Australian Bank, Ericsson, Compaq and CA.

Chris' next step was to acquire an MBA, formalizing his understanding of how to direct creative energies into predictable and repeatable business processes.

That experience led him to his current role as Co-founder of Strike Force Sales and Managing Director of Prestige Posctcards. Both businesses are currently enjoying strong growth, with Prestige Postcards' revenue growing 500% since Chris took on the business.

Chris' entrepreneurial style combines hands-on understanding of how creative people work and a proven manager's pragmatism and respect for achieving financial outcomes.

"The best ideas in the world mean nothing until they can be made to work for a business," he says. "And I think my diverse background equips me to do that very well."
